    on the electric lines here, i see night herons leaving half done preys as morning sets...

    i remember having written about them sometime before...

  6. This one reminds me of my holidays on Isle of Arran which is rightly called 'Scotland in Minature'. One of my favourite places in the world.

  7. I like this. It's almost mythic. I can see the heron removing that beak and throwing it like a spear when he sees his target.
