Interesting to read your comments on my poem about Norman MacCaig - have you read Andrew Greig's homage to Norman "At The Loch Of The Green Corrie"? It was that that inspired me to write the poem and .... you say Norman was once your teacher well .... my father was once Andrew's teacher!
yes I know of Andrew's poem in fact recently there was a tv programme where Billy conolly and aly bain and I think andrew all went up to the green corrie for a few days fishing john

Change of guards - have seen on TV; but we had a picture book in school...and that's a vivid memory :)
